- "All forms of repression and cruel and inhuman treatment of women and children, including imprisonment, torture, shooting, mass arrests, collective punishment, destruction of dwellings and forcible eviction, committed by belligerents in the course of military operations or in occupied territories shall be considered criminal." (DPWC - 5)
- «Toutes les formes de répression et de traitement cruel et inhumain appliqués aux femmes et aux enfants, notamment, l'emprisonnement, la torture, les fusillades, les arrestations en masse, les châtiments collectifs, les destructions d'habitations, les déplacements par la forces, que commettent les belligérants pendant les opérations militaires ou dans les territoires occupés seront considérées comme criminelles.» (DPFE - 5)
