- (1) A court order to expel an alien. "An alien lawfully in the territory of a State Party to the present Covenant may be expelled therefrom only in pursuance of a decision reached in accordance with law and shall, except where compelling reasons of national security otherwise require, be allowed to submit the reasons against his expulsion and to have his case reviewed by, and be represented for the purpose before, the competent authority or a person or persons especially designated by the competent authority." (ICPPR - 13); (2) Forced internship of people into concentration camps (e.g. massive deportation during the World War Two)
- (1) Mesure d'ordre judiciaire visant à expulser un étranger. «Un étranger qui se trouve légalement sur le territoire d'un État partie au présent Pacte ne peut en être expuls? qu'en exécution d'une décision prise conformément à la loi et, à moins que des raisons impérieuses de sécurité nationale ne s'y opposent, il doit avoir la possibilité de faire valoir les raisons qui militent contre son explusion et de faire examiner son cas par ladite autorité, en se faisant représenter à cette fin.» (PIDCP - 13) ;(2) Internement dans un camp de concentration (par ex. les déportations massives pendant la Deuxième guerre mondiale).
